The conference will take place in the Uni Mail building at 40, Boulevard du Pont-d’Arve. The conference dinner of 28 June will take place in the restaurant "Les sales gosses", within walking distance from the conference venue. For more information, see the map below.
Hotels offer a free Geneva Transport Card for each day of your stay. To get to the Uni Mail building by public transport, please follow these directions:
From Cointrin Airport: Take any train at the airport's train station* and get off at Cornavin train station (first stop). Take the tramway line 15 towards "Grand-Lancy-Place du 1er-Août" and get off at the "Uni Mail" stop (fifth stop after the train station).

No specific discounts will be offered in connection with the conference. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and participants may look for other options through hotel search engines and Geneva's Tourism and Conventions website.
During lunch breaks, a number of options are available at walking distance from the Uni Mail building. We recommend checking La Fourchette for special offers in nearby restaurants (a mobile application is also available). The university restaurants also offer affordable menus and will be open during the days of the conference. Alternatively, the Coop and Migros supermarkets sell prepared dishes for smaller budgets.

The City of Geneva is home to a number of international organisations, some of which open their doors to visitors. These include the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) and the European Organisation for Nuclear Research (CERN). Moreover, Geneva's museums offer a wide range of cultural events. During summer, multiple activities are organised at the City's parks and on the shores of the Leman Lake.
