The following registration fees apply to standard participants and authors of academic contributions:
- Early registration (13/10/2014 – 15/12/2014): CHF 120.00
- Standard registration (16/12/2014 – 31/03/2015): CHF 160.00
- Late registration (13/04/2015 – 31/05/2015): CHF 200.00 - Deadline extended until 5 June 2015.
The registration fee includes participation in all sessions of the joint conference, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, access to the opening cocktail and a welcome kit.
Participation in the conference is free of charge for practitioners, students and academics from IAMLADP - UCG network organisations and universities (including the University of Geneva). Students and academics will be required to submit a proof of affiliation (e.g., scanned copy of university card) during the registration process.
All members of ASTTI / ASTJ / AITC / AIIC / DÜV / Jus Lingua have the possibility of registering for the conference at the STANDARD RATE UNTIL 31 MAY 2015 (CHF 160 instead of CHF 200, i.e. a 20% discount). For more details, please contact your association.
All participants must make arrangements for their lunches either when registering (conference offer for three lunches) or at their own initiative if they prefer alternative options. If you wish to attend the conference dinner on 25 June, you must book your place through registration. A cocktail will be offered to all participants at the end of the first day.
The following charges apply to all participants (except for invited speakers):
- Lunches (flat fee for 24, 25 and 26 June): CHF 75.00
- Conference dinner (25 June): CHF 65.00
