
Estelle GROSS
Estelle Gross holds a BA in Multilingual Communication and a MA in Specialised Translation, with a focus on Translation Studies, from the Faculty of Translation and Interpretation of the University of Geneva. She then pursued an academic career under the supervision of Prof. Valérie Dullion and is currently working on her doctoral thesis, jointly supervised by KU Leuven (Belgium). Her thesis, titled "The Emergence of Translation Policies at the Local Level in Switzerland, 1848–1918: The Cases of Biel, Bern, and Geneva," is part of the “Places of Translation” project, co-directed by Prof. Valérie Dullion and Prof. Reine Meylaerts (KU Leuven). From September 2023 to September 2024, she completed a research stay at KU Leuven in Leuven.
