Transius doctoral graduate wins the 2023 CIUTI PhD Award

Paolo CANAVESE, a doctoral graduate and postdoctoral member of Transius, is the winner of the 2023 PhD Award competition organized by the Conférence internationale permanente d'instituts universitaires de traducteurs et interprètes (CIUTI). The CIUTI Award is an incentive for outstanding PhD theses completed at CIUTI institutions. The distinction recognizes the excellence of Paolo CANAVESE’s PhD dissertation “Atti normativi elvetici nella terza lingua ufficiale : chiarezza de jure o de facto?” [Swiss legal acts in Italian: is clarity de jure or de facto?], which was supervised by professor Annarita FELICI and successfully defended at the University of Geneva in April 2023. It is the second time a Transius-hosted doctoral dissertation has been honoured by the CIUTI PhD Award.
